Minimum Order

No minimum order is required on UPS, FedEx, and DHL shipped orders. However, a $10 minimum is suggested.
Local hand delivered orders, by our company vehicles, have a minimum order of $40.

Shipping

Orders received by 4:00PM PDT are processed and shipped on the following business day, orders received after 4:00PM PDT will be processed and shipped within 48 business hours provided the merchandise ordered is available and in stock. Every attempt is made to keep an adequate on-hand inventory of all items, however from time to time, shortages may occur. We will gladly make substitutions to your order when available. We will contact you, before we ship your order, if it is not complete.

Seasonal and Holiday merchandise may not be available year round.

Shipping address cannot be a P.O. Box.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We can only process orders that are verifiable using the AVS (Address Verification System). You must enter the correct billing address for an order to be accepted by our shopping cart. Additionally, the CCV number (located on the signature panel of most credit cards, or the front of American Express cards) is required for further verification.

We accept Purchase Orders from all government agencies and schools. Local businesses in Southern California are welcome to apply for an open credit account.

Return Policy

Merchandise will not be accepted for any reason without a Return Authorization Number

All sales are final/no returns. We will gladly except returns of defective merchandise. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 626-577-6650 to request a Return Authorization Number.

If you receive merchandise that has been damaged during shipping, or if you receive items you did not order, save the box and packing materials, please contact our Customer Service Department at 626-577-6650 to request a Return Authorization Number.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. (Including all refused and unaccepted packages).

All refused packages will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Lost or Damaged Items

Packages lost or damaged may require up to 30 days for a credit to occur.

International Orders

International orders are accepted by phone only. Please call 1-626-577-6650 to order. Must be prepaid by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. Balloon Emporium is not responsible for duties or tariffs on international shipments.

Tax

Items shipped within the state of California are subject to the applicable sales tax.
